Three months short of their fifth wedding anniversary, this couple has been ordered to part as the husband was actually a woman.... 0.o...Sufian (whom you see circled above), 40, whose birth certificate bears the name Mazinah Mohamad, married Zaiton Aziz, 43, in December 2002.
They were alleged to have committed same-sex marriage by the Malaccan State gov.... o.0...
In announcing his ruling, Judge Che Saufi said: "According to the first respondent’s (Zaiton ; wife) statement, she had never seen or touched her husband’s private parts and had taken him to be a man all along and that she felt good and satisfied together.
He continued : "This is astounding and illogical. It is abnormal to go through life as husband and wife as such."....o.0...o.0...

Its freakishly astounding that the they hadn't had sexual intercourse... for FIVE YEARS!! haha, dont get me wrong, but isnt that the MAIN PART of marraige? But then again, its normally the horny men who want sex. So i guess it was true that the husband was in fact a women. guess he... or is it she? o.0.... i guess he/she didnt really push for it... which makes me believe he was a she infact!!

Sufian was proved to be a women as Malacca Hospital gynaecologist Dr Nor Hasinah Mohd Said had said a physical examination carried out with two other specialists revealed that Sufian was not a man.Chromosome and blood tests also confirmed that Sufian was a woman.
